In this video Harry Andy Dave and John visit Winterley Pool in Crewe. Harry and Dave run through their rigs and Andy covers a bit on Carp Care. We show both the Match and the Specimen Pool and Andy talks us through where he used to stalk for Carp on thye lake. The video also shows a recent trip back to Turners Pool shown in Episode 1 and Conner catches his very first Carp. The Autumn weather was windy so appoligies for the sound at times. This short video details the cost and address of the venue. I took a drive out to Haverhill to meet up with Simon. It has been about a week since we fished together and we have been having some good luck along this stretch of the Merrimack river. I arrived at our location about 10 minutes before Simon and began to unpack. When he arrived he told me to throw the stuff back in the car, he had seen an area he wanted to hit. It was just up the road a bit, but the nice thing about it was that it was a bit more secluded. A nice rocky beach rather then mud/silt and very little snags. We set up and had a god, tide was just about at the low mark when we started and fishing was a little slow. Once the turn around came though that all changed...we were in for a frantic day!

In this video Harry Andy and YouTube member FishMadrid visit King Georges Pool in Altrincham. Andy runs through his new set up that he bought on ebay and Harry gets a sreaming run in the last hour to take a nice 14lb Mirror Carp. Andy and FishMadrid go back in time 20 years and show some of the fish they had from the lake in the 1980s and we get to see one of FishMadrids recent lumps from Spain caught just outside Madrid a 42lb Mirror The weather was windy so appoligies for the sound at times. Carp Fishing at Teggs Nose Reservoir in Cheshire with Harry and Dave

In this video Harry has a couple of short day sessions on Teggs Nose Reservoir in Cheshire. On the second day Dave joins us and baits the swim up with his spod rod and marker float about 30 yards out. The video captures a Mirror Carp caught at the bottom end of the reservoir and we show you some other Carp caught from the venue, however Harry gets his cheque book and pen out for the first time and we take you back in time with the theme tune and intro to the game show Blankety Blank. Teggs Nose holds a large stock of fish from most common species in particular a large head of Mirror and Common carp (between 5lb - 25lb) and a large number of mature bream (3lb - 6lb) and smaller silver fish. In this video Harry has a short day session fishing at Goose Green Farm in Cheshire. The weather couldn?t make its mind up. Harry had Carp taking on the top and pulled out of one and uses the Method Rig to takes a bag full of Bream to plastic sweet corn. Tim has his first British 30lb Mirror Carp. The venue has three lakes with good access. The fish stocked include Mirror, Common, Crusion Carp Tench Bream Roach Rudd and Perch. Fishing available from 7am until dusk. Episode 6 Carp Fishing Winsford Flash with Harry

In this video Harry has a short session over night at Winsford Bottom Flash in Cheshire. He uses a marker float and finds a deeper channel about 50 yards out to fish to. First cast he catches his first ever Bream and the video shows a typical Bream take. The Flash holds a good head of Large un-known Carp and a lot of Large River Bream. The Flash is a very beautiful relaxed place to fish. Harry talks us through his rigs and the baits that hes using. We capture night fall and Paul checking the new diem-angling gear insert. On this session we had no Carp, but we do capture the angler on the next peg playing and landing a nice Mirror Carp. The flash also holds some specimen Roach and some nice sized Tench. Harry talks us through his rigs and the baits that hes using, he also covers the importance of having a rod licence and how to obtain one. Episode 4 Carp Fishing at Lakeside Fisheries with Harry Andy and Rob

In this short video we travel to Ranskill. Both Harry and Andy beat their personal bests! Rob catches an 18lb Common and a 12lb Mirror. Harry runs through his rig and baits that hes using. There are five lakes at the Lakeside Fishery complex, comprising a 40-peg Match Lake, two pleasure lakes, a specimen lake and even a fly lake. The Match Lake holds carp to double figures, ide, skimmers, tench, roach, bream, rudd, chub and crucians, providing year-round sport. On the specimen lake carp up to 37lb and only six pegs with a good head of twenty ponders.

I decided to take a quick jump across the border into Rhode Island. There is a little spot I like to fish above a dam near the Kelly House museum. The Blackstone is stocked with trout here and by state rukes that means no chumming/pre-baiting, no corn/maize. While this means it is tougher to catch the carp here, it also means that less carp fisherman attempt it. I have had some very nice luck here and have never caught a fish under 10 pounds out of this section. Will that trend continue, or will I get shut out?

This is part two of the 10 pound quest, Sunday was a fresh start for Ezra and Isaiah, who hadn't gotten the 10 pound carp yet. Patrick managed a 13+ early and it is a good thing since he was unable to attend Sunday's session. Will Isaiah and Ezra reach the goal? Only time will tell...not to mention this part holds my biggest Mirror of this year out of the Blackstone tipping the scales at 26 pounds and 5 ounces.

This video is the result of a weekend trip along the Blackstone. We slept in our beds overnight but fished a total of roughly 20 hours between Saturday and Sunday. In total 16 carp were caught, the smallest at 4 lbs 10 oz, the largest at 26 lbs and 5 oz. Ezra, Patrick, and Isaiah are new to carp fishing and they had all caught carp under 10 pounds in the canal, none of them had ever caught any in the river.. Our goal was to break that 10 pound barrier for the first time as well as get them used to fishing much rougher conditions.

The first half of my first attempt at making a video diary. This is a rainy day of carp fishing a section of the Blackstone River in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. I haven't had much luck here this year so it was nice to get some solid action, even though none were huge carp. I ended the day with 5 total averaging 11.8 pounds and the biggest coming in at 17 pounds 1 ounce.
